+1: Exile Target Creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under your control. it gains hexproof until end of turn.
-X: Draw X Cards, Then exile a Creature card from your Hand with X foreseeing Counters. It costs less to cast, for each foreseeing counter on it. you may cast that Card from exile anytime you could cast an instant and it cant be countered.
-9: Exile the top 20 Cards of your library. you may Play Lands and cast spells from among them as long as they remain exiled and those spells cost to cast.
