  I'm afraid not. Level-Up Cards is still a long-standing unfulfilled feature request. I've not had much time or energy for working on Multiverse all year. I do find this just as disappointing as you guys do :/

  That's a reasonable way of toning down the play-from-exile power. But that's not actually the problem. The problem is that the ability still makes Virtual a benefit rather than a drawback, so this is still better than Plains.

  How about something like "~ ETBs tapped unless you control another virtual permanent"?

  (Supertypes are generally not capitalised: see "snow" on Balduvian Frostwaker or "basic" on Rampant Growth.)
