Not a fan really. Could it also grant the next artifact spell virtual flash or whatever so it wouldn't be so awkward (and potentially slightly misleading) to chump block with it? In any case, it doesn't look like good common rarity material to me.

Yeah, I was testing how far I could push it. Making a mistake with it myself is an obvious sign that going common is not the way to go.
