Doesn't do anything on its own, but generates crazy amounts of tokens if you get even just a single nontoken Devil out - probably 9.

I would modify this into

> When ~ or a nontoken Devil ETBs under your control, create three 1/1 red Devil creature tokens. Those tokens have "When this creature dies, it deals 1 damage to any target."

That death trigger is the trademark Devil tokens at the moment: Make Mischief, Dance with Devils, and Devils' Playground. They all the only cards to create Devil tokens and they all have it.
