There's a little game the internet likes to play called "Equipment or Vehicle?"

In this case the decision is made easier by the fact that Manaforce Mace doesn't need a functional reprint.

I'll also take predictions/suggestions concerning a new name Wizards would actually use.

It's a bit underwhelming on the power level, but within variance, I think. I want to keep it simple, but maybe I can play with the base p/t.
