TMNT should probably be {b}{g}{u} rather than {g}{w}{u} considering they're ninjas that live in a sewer. Golgari also live in a sewer and they're {b}{g}. I'm mostly reccomending this for flavour reasons, not rules reasons. Remember {b} isn't always evil and {w} isn't always good. You could also consider making it four colours to represent four turtles with different personalities.

As an idea for another ability, maybe some kind of Equipment Tutor to give your turtles some weapons. Might be too powerful but it would be a lot of fun and it would be very Kamigawaesque.

One more thing. In my commander cards, i have some creatures that are many different creature types. Instead of fitting all of their types into the typebar, you could just make it a teenage mutant and say in the rules text "TMNT is also a Ninja and a Turtle"
