Huh. Infinite colourless mana for casting coloured stuff.

I like it! Strong, but I don't see any obvious abuse. Not quite sure why it's blue though.

I felt like a monogreen version might reduce the costs for creatures only, so I added the most "nocreature" color to balance that out.
