If you've got all this free space on the card, why not use the reminder text on the second use of the card? I appreciate this isn't final templating, but it makes it easier for cardset viewers to see understand your cards. (Also Wizards would always include reminder text on every common with a new keyword, though I appreciate that might not mean much to you.)
