Support card for blue vertical cycle, with a blue focus on charge counters matter. Maybe we should switch the {g}{u} block archetype from cards in hand matter to counters matter, with blue focusing mostly on charge counters and green on other things (chrysalises, +1/+1 counters, etc.)? I actually like that better, how about you?
