Replacement for.. something. probably (((Defense Matrix))).

  • Gonna unkeyword the salvage ability of Terran to save design space. But with that gone, need more card advantage thingies.
  • It's been a long time since Jayemdae Tome was in any way powerful. Let's see whether this version is broken.

This seems quite blue to me - or at least, not particularly red. With impulse draw, you lose the card that's exiled unless you play it within the given time frame. Here, you just end up drawing the card if you don't / can't cast the card. The initial ETB Peek effect reinforces the blue vibes.
