Back side edited for balance. The front side feels very antagonistic for a uniter. Maybe make the invest trigger "Whenever a creature or enchantment ETBs under your control..."?
Well, my reasoning behind that was Dalinar taking control of the Alethi politics. The other highprinces' scheming spurs him into action.
