Too complex for common?
... Perhaps not? It requires keeping track of enemies graveyards so likely a red-flag. You can reasonably have a couple of flagged cards though (~20% of commons) - especially if they are somewhat 'minor offenders'. In a set where you would need to be aware of graveyards anyway (say a set with retrace, flashback, scavenge, unearth, or whatever) it wouldn't be an issue though.

Offense is a noun. Like Lightning Bolt or Abnormal Endurance - acceptable for instants.
The offensive offenders offense.
Likely, with the original name, I probably meant that the spell's caster was the offender.
