Hmm... What stops your opponent from activating this card for {0} during your upkeep? Perhaps it needs the rider "...but only during your turn."?

Hmmm, damn good point, I hadn't realized you could just tap it to prevent opponents from using it. But I don't really want to add more words haha. Will definitely change.
