Mashup of Cult of the Deeper Darkness + Kjeldoran Dead.

OK, those go together quite well. Let's made Kjeldoran Dead but with an ongoing upkeep of "cast a spell" instead of a one-time extra cost. I didn't complicate matters by saying "put counter on when you cast, take counter off at end of turn or sacrifice".

Black gets fewer higher-power-low-toughness creatures now to differentiate it from red, but it still gets them sometimes, I think?

I don't know how good this is, a 3/1 on turn one is really good in an aggressive deck, but it's potentially hard to keep it around.
