based on that woman who survived 1001 nights whose name is too hard for me to spell or pronounce.

The gist is that she's a planeswalker, and she planeswalked incidentally to her own plane, set in the distant past.

+2 tells of her story-making skills
0 tells of her ability to make the present better for herself
-2 tells of her ability to make the present worse for others.
