A draft around card for the UW archetype based on the Potent mechanic (when the card is drawn you get something).

Is this counting every coloured mana symbol? So if you have a Tidebinder Mage and a Nightveil Specter it'll draw you seven cards, and can then tap to return to your hand to do it again?

­{t}: On ETB, draw cards equal to your devotion.

Yowsers. But, well, it costs five. Drawing a bunch of cards for five mana is probably not completely unreasonable. Being repeatable as well.. probably is.

Especially if you've got a miracle-alike mechanic in there.

Still, nice idea; even if the numbers might need a bit of tweaking, the idea itself seems solid.
