The cycling-from-play ability feels a lot more appropriate on Bunker than this. Bunkers can salvage in-game, supply depots can't.
(Also I fear this may be rather strong by paper-Magic standards. I note how terrifyingly nerfed Horizon Canopy was. It's a pity, because cycling-from-play is a great ability to have on a land, but that's probably why. See also Mind Stone.)
Thanks for that. My obvious inexperience from not playing any SC2 other than the campaign is starting to become obvious, haha. I was thinking of making this a simple non-indestructible Darksteel Citadel, for SCV synergy. It doesn't need to tap for
or
since with a lot of artifacts, Terran won't be hard pressed for color fixing.

As an aside, have you seen that most 2CMC "mana stones" are equivalent to lands? I think a Mind Stone land wouldn't be broken at rare.
Absolutely: the equivalence between Prismatic Lens and Shimmering Grotto, or Selesnya Signet and Sungrass Prairie, is very interesting. I agree a Mind Stone at rare could be OK, but I have a hunch that tapping for coloured mana is too much of a boost, even when counteracted by ETBT.
While we're on the subject, I should probably stick my head in here and mention that most 2CMC "mana stones" were equivalent to lands. Wizards hasn't printed any since Timespiral. (Though I might have missed one or two) and don't seem to plan to print any more for a while, if you follow Latest Developments. My best guess is that they were too ubiquitous, popping up in 70% or so of all tournament decks, thus devaluing a lot of other 2-drops. That's a strange power-level issue... they clearly aren't broken... they just add less variability to decks to beat.

Back to in-play cycling, with a higher cost. can't seem to find an alternative ability for it yet.

Cycling from hand removed from Pylon and given to this. Made into artifact land, to combo with (((Repair))).
