New card. Might change depending on what I want to do with the Tactical Nuke.
previous: "Psionic Storm", XWW, Destroy all creatures with converted mana cost X.
This was previously Psistorm. However, for such a landmark ability, it's strange that there's no good artwork. This is the most epic art I have and I think it's fitting, though "purifier beam" is just the name of the Mothership weapon and isn't really in the game.
Now it's a one-sided Balance -ish thing, devastating against Zerg and plays well with how few Protoss creatures there are (plus their propensity to be bounced). Without creatures, it's a Day of Judgment variant. Of course, it could also do nothing.
How's the power level of this thing?
Playtest results: Ah. Fantastic card. Originally thought of bumping up the cost and giving it cycling, but it plays fine as is. The interseting thing about it is if you're facing a Protoss player, you can generally get a feel of whether this card is in his/her hand or not. Then again, he could be bluffing. Really, power level questions aside, this is an excellent card.
best. art. ever.
changed wording to mirror Balance. more "correct", oracle wise, but less intuitive. previously: Each player who controls more creatures than you sacrifices creatures equal to the difference.
Purifier beam -> psionic storm. More resonance with players
Before:
Psionic Storm

Sorcery [r]
Each player chooses a number of creatures he or she controls equal to the number of creatures controlled by the player with the fewest, then sacrifices the rest.
Destroy -> Exile. Now counters Zergling properly
exile -> destroy
he or she -> they
