Worry: Protoss has too few instants; irritating to play against; impossible to kill; can exile lands. For heavy playtesting.
added reminder text. May not be needed, but meh.
As far as innovativeness goes, he's not all that - a bit of Karn Liberated, a bit of Jace, the Mind Sculptor. His +1 has synergies with his second and third abilities, and some other cards like Envision. His second ability is the campaign ability void prison. The card picture is wrong though, it should read:
-7: Exile all other nonland permanents. You gain an emblem with "you may cast cards you own from exile."
Still, a planeswalker is a planeswalker, and any comments would be appreciated. :)
removed power
-7: -8
Being able to cast any card from exile kinda removes the point of the exile zone, turning it into a secondary graveyard. Limit the emblem a tiny bit. eg: Exile all other nonland permanents. You gain an emblem with "you may cast cards exiled by Zeratul, Nezarim Prelate."
This also has the fun effect of being able to cast your opponent's stuff if able.
Also why is the exile face down???
I see. This is the Misthollow Griffin argument, isn't it? I can respect that. All right, I'll think of a different ability for him.
I really like the current ability except that you can cast spells exiled by other effects. Being able to cast spells exiled by Zeratul is fine.
Got it. That seems.. reasonable. I'll change it to that. I don't have to phrase it like Daxos of Meletis since you're able to exile that person's lands as well anyway.
-8 -> -7 again
Fixed loyalty symbols. Fixed typo in name (Nezarim -> Nerazim)

The set was started a long long time ago when Zeratul was THE face for protoss. Unfortunately, Z is really

. Replaced with Artanis.
fixed typo: "without paying their mana costs"
fixed typo. "top cards" -> top card
top card -> top two cards
Flagged by several people as "strong", pointing to first two abilities. Experience shows that in this deck, protoss is usually behind with creatures and you'll need last ability to stabilize. For testing using only first two abilities
