Probably should have {u} {u} in the cost. Very clever and effective pairing of a white and a blue effect, though; very flavourful (Azorius-ish) as well.

Turns out this is Render Silent plus a cantrip for {1} . Which given Cancel vs Dismiss is probably fine.

WotC should reprint Render Silent but just change the name to "Mute" which would be better, imo.
