It also triggers on itself, on itself, on itself and then on something else. So the case you hope for drops 11 power on the table for {3}. Seems hard to abuse any further than that, though.

Not unless you have Ashes of the Fallen or similar, it doesn't. This is a Sliversmith, not a Sliver Smith.
