Set/Rarity: [Assorted] Card Repository Common
I checked with the search function for actual designs named Pot of Greed, but did not check for similar artifacts like Conclusive Evidence (but then again the text apparently doesn't use ~ for the cardname, so I wouldn't have found it anyway :) ).
I intentionally went for the / cost over the / to allow this to be cast and then sacrificed on-curve to improve some hands lacking e. g. a color quickly.
Yugioh has some terribly over-engineered, but flavorful cards. This one is quite straight-forward though, so no surprise Courier's Capsule already existed, though I totally didn't have it on the radar at first. Without such reference I might have guessed a cost of / i. e. the cost to sacrifice two Clues.
...
See Courier's Capsule/Font of Fortunes and... Boros Locket/Hedron Archive.
What does it do?
It pretends you are playing yugioh :)
Also see Conclusive Evidence, where I mentioned the same comparisons :)
(Not saying you copied it. It's a very natural design to create in parallel.)
