I don't know whether "another player's graveyard" is strictly necessary, but originally the intent was to Time Ebb with Raise Dead but manipualting your own top of the library, because that's what Aminatou, the Fateshifter would like to do.
I gradually made the wording more open, but I consider putting two cards on someone's library just a little too obnoxious.

o:"another player's" >> "a different player's"

I realized "another player's" just sounds too much like "a player that is not you" in this context. I hope this phrase parses closer to the intended functionality.

I realize this could be green-blue.

I wonder whether it would be a good idea to loosen the restriction on the second ability. Aminatou should combine well with miracle.

On the other hand it is my little safety against recurring copies of the same card without the need to resorting to exiling the spell itself.
