Hmm, seems wordy.
I'm not sure I would agree with the inclusion of Fetters in a core set, as the idea of shutting down the activated abilities of non-creatures is just an added level of complexity that rarely matters in core set.
Ravnica had a number of non-basic lands with abilities, as well as various wacky artifacts and enchantments that made Fetters versatility more applicable. In core set, this will be Arrest nine times out of ten. So, why not Arrest?
i agree that Faith's Fetters is a little complex for a core set common. perhaps the rarity could be upped?
Yeah... I absolutely love Faith's Fetters, but if Oblivion Ring was uncommon in a core set, so should this be. Or perhaps it should just be Arrest or O-Ring.
