The Starkbrand love themselves so much, and hate others so much. They do the latter more, so it was a surprise when they sacrificed industrial power for two patriotic lives.	Impassable Forcefield    U  Creature – Wall Whenever Impassable Forcefield blocks a creature, return that creature to it's owners hand. The Evil Mayor's house was boarded off by a magic barrier. 0/6	Sink in Mediocrity    U  Instant Counter target sorcery or creature spell unless it's controller pays . If that player doesn't, they tap all permanents they control with mana abilities and lose all unspent mana. Most wizards never face high stakes as they settle for mediocre meddling with magic.	Scrapyard Cockatrice    C  Creature – Cockatrice As long as you control an artifact, Scrapyard Cockatrice has Deathtouch Rannekol sometimes chased the Cockatrices playfully, only leaving his position to do so once every hundred years. By the time he celebrated his 5000th birthday alone as usual, they had evolved to fight back. 2/4
Saddleback Lizard    C  Creature – Lizard Trample : Support 2 Ravagg has next to no civility left, and just a bit more tameness. So these guys are an advantage in fights. 3/4	Druid's Familiar    C  Creature – Beast When you look at Druid's Familiar while it is in your library, reveal it and put it onto the battlefield with two additional +1/+1 counters on it. It gains Trample. Feem could call the wild like no other. 2/2	Elixir Cap    C  Artifact – Equipment Equip Equipped creature has Hexproof. You gain 4 life. A delicacy-supplying addition to any battle armor collection!	Alobyrolg's Torcher    C  Creature – Ogre Wizard Warrior Flash When Alobyrolg's Torcher enters the battlefield it deals 2 damage to any target. Alobyrolg always loved to eat burn victims. His ears liked the screams. 2/1	City-Striding Arbiter    C  Artifact Creature – Construct Flash When City-Striding Arbiter enters the battlefield, you may tap target creature that attacked this turn. When an artificer visits a plane in strife, it never goes well. Privacy infringement is an example of not well. 1/3
Dreadnought Deckhand    C  Creature – Human Pirate Vigilance "Not everybody on that great imposing vessel really wants to kill you, spare the youthful ones at least" -Boron Mightless, Hero to Galagus Rem, Antihero 2/3	Rage-Clad Rhino    C  Creature – Rhino Warrior Trample, Daunt All it has to win with is it's own intensity, as is natural and fair. 4/4	Merfolk of the Verdant Pearls    C  Creature – Merfolk Merfolk of the Verdant Pearls enters the battlefield tapped : Add or Believing it to be a gift from Gaeaquata, the merfolk hold these things as dear as Chalisan holds the Basket of Blessed Shells 1/1	Topodec's Prohibition    C  Sorcery Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield. It gains Defender until end of turn. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order. A topodec is someone who closely paroles and prohibits many of Ignema's Redeemed for public safety and implying their remaining guilt. 1/1	Forest    B  Basic Land – Forest
