A topodec is someone who closely paroles and prohibits many of Ignema's Redeemed for public safety and implying their remaining guilt. 1/1	Druid's Familiar    C  Creature – Beast When you look at Druid's Familiar while it is in your library, reveal it and put it onto the battlefield with two additional +1/+1 counters on it.
