yes. The first one is debatable, I would say restricting it to just YOU would make it too easy, as opponents casting spells will 'fizzle' it. That means you have to strategically burn stuff, and opponents can work around it. Ofc i sucks if u cast this at their upkeep or something, and they play an instant. (the stack resolves in backwards order, you probs already know.) Then you got played LOL.

The first two abils synergize very well. The third one doesnt because, when it dies and all those others die, they dont trigger the ability, because ~ is already dead.
Also -3/-3 to each is far too good for 3 mana. remember Plague Hex?
Maybe : Each creature gets -3/-3 UEOT
it is symmetrical but also much larger than plague hex, so it might be harder to balance
Also this could say "If this is the first spell you've cast this turn" because that's more common and also i think preferable to play and therefore better design.
It could also definitely be an instant (which also adds to the flexibility of this design)
It coul probs cost 1 mana, being a shock unless it's not :)
this definitely follows the tenets of Giant Spider except for having Reach.... Black doesnt get it, but I think the idea of black spiders outweights having to have reach. I love the idea of golgari spider tribal :P

yes, but at instant speed it is much stronger, and i don't want to print a close-to-consistent bolt.
