Losing a single life? Ignoring that that's not exactly a clause that helps make this card feel blue, it's a pitiable cost for something that is just and option. I'd straight remove the life payment option.
Don't underestimate repose - the ability to re-use a card is basically card advantage.
I get that you want the token only to be created before repose, but it's still unexpected. You want to showcase cool interactions with repose, not its very specific drawbacks.
Is there a specific reason the 2nd and 3rd ability are separate? It could be:
> Sacrifice a creature: Remove a +1/+1 counter from ~. If you do, create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token.
That seems more straightforward.
I feel the ability might barely ever be worth it. Even if you sacrifice a 1/1 you basically break even - maybe with the benefit of having chump blocked something... Quite an unusual card.
This was a straight transfer of a planeswalker signature draw spell. Was a BUG character.
You pretty much imitate Valeron Wardens an uncommon.

That's the second
blue 1/1 with an activated collaborate ability for "

" I see. Presumably both Goblins. Such similar creatures should be avoided.
No matter the setup - as long as it's not ridiculous -, you don't really want the tempo pressure of a repeatable Unsummon at common.
Creature type suggstion: Rigger.
I could have sworn this would be an uncommon the way it can screw with combat at instant speed.
