On M-Core (reply):

Okay the first draft of M-Core is done. There are likely to be some controversial choices, especially amongst the "New Cards" that I have created for the set. But also the inclusion of some classic cards in favour of their "Modern" counterparts.
Thoughts, comments and suggestions would be appreciated.

On Knight:

For a token name and type should usually be the same.

I suspect Ryan is, but Multiverse is written by a Brit, who also tend to use Ss where Americans use Zs :) You may note that the card edit form spells things like "colour" and "flavour text" their correct ;) way.

We don't really mind on this site one way or the other though.

On Naturalise:

yeah but I'm Australian so I use Australian spelling on my cards. We use an S in many words where you lot (I'm assuming you're American here) use a Z. :-)

On Aquamarine Diadem:

Nope, playtesting has shown them to be OK as they are here, tending to go between 5 and 8 in a pack during draft.
They were originally costed at {2} but that made them too good even though it was rare to get more than one for your colour/colours.

On Autumn's Veil:

Plus I already had Great Sable Stag in the set.

On Autumn's Veil:

I went with Autumn's Veil mainly for the 'surprise value'. It can push a key card through counters or mess up an opponent's plan (eg to nuke Switcheroo)

On Naturalise:

The OCD in me reckons it's a z in the name :)

On Aquamarine Diadem:

I like your cycle of Diadems! Has playtesting showed them to be dangerous in multiples during draft?

On Round Shield:

I'm thinking Shield of Holy Strength every time I see this :D
