This card is a very, very bad Revenant. Is there nothing more suited to a demon?
I really assume this is a preliminary design rather than a finished card. If this comes into play tapped like most dual lands and dual lands with extra bonus abilities (or another similar drawback not that anyone can normally think of any) then it's very comparable to celestial colonnade and similar cards. More straightforward than turning into a creature, but more repeatable as in the endgame you may be just be able to use the ability multiple times.
It would obviously still need balancing and playtesting, but would definitely be in the right ballpark.
ROFL. I like the flavour. Obviously if you have 11 mana and enough angels for this to matter you probably don't need it, but also, I like the idea :)
Nah, that's not a problem :) It just means it'll take you a few years. Mark Rosewater wrote some advice in this column on how to get a job at Wizards. The key points are "finish college" and "play a lot of games". Work hard at school, particularly English and Maths. And find ways to enjoy yourself and play a lot of games with other people. (All of which is good advice even if you're not going for a job in Wizards of the Coast :) )
one problim im 13
Heh. If you want to print them, the Visual Spoiler page is probably your best bet. If you want Wizards of the Coast to actually include them in booster packs... :) Mmmm, Mark Rosewater occasionally lists the best ways to get a job at Wizards of the Coast; "do very well in the Pro Tour and then write about it" is among the more likely routes!
so how do we get this cards made into real cards
Yeah, wow. A proper dual-land that's BETTER than the original dual cycle?
No way is that sane.
Um, (almost) strictly better than Scrubland...?
