I don't know if it's deliberate, but you can combo the two abilities even without Aether Powered at the moment: use the first one in the opponent's end step, and the creature will stay blinked out until your end step, giving you plenty of time to use the middle ability after you untap in your untap step.
People have proposed a few variations on this ability on Multiverse. I personally think the mana cost should be a bit more coloured, like ((C22502)), so this doesn't instantly obsolete Drifting Meadow; and it seems there's some agreement with ThisMightBeRyan's ((C57309)) cycle and HijackAttack's Ancient Cove cycle. But then there are people who want to push the power level a lot higher like 10vernothin's Coastline Bazaar cycle, which have basic land types and extra triggers.
So it's up to you :)
Hm. This doesn't look mythic. In fact it looks most reminiscent of Karoo. It's not quite as bad as the original Karoo cycle but it's definitely worse than Boros Garrison and friends. It works the same way: you skip your land drop and get this instead. It's not very different to Wastes.
Now of course it does also have a Lotus Petal effect in that you can return a tapped land and replay it untapped. But still. Not really worthy of the name "Mox", in my opinion.
I certainly don't think it needs the drawback too!
