Annoyed at the exact wording of the second ability. Wanted to be just "blink target creature", but then entwine is too fast, you need a keyword for "cast again immediately it resolves" or something...

Yeah, Peculiar Soulwrangling and Peculiar Manhandling had the same problem. And to a lesser extent, Peculiar Righteousness - it had to use the Deathbringer Liege technology of making the second targeting condition only checked on resolution.
