I made this because it reminds me of one of the issues of having instants and sorceries with permanent types.

The mechanic seems to work well but I fail to see the advantage over simply having enters the battlefield effects.

I guess flavor reasons and interractions with cards that care about instants and sorceries could make it worth it.
