That "gains" in the first ability is unusual. "Equipped creature gets +4/+4 and doesn't untap during its owner's untap step." instead?

It's weird that it's actually just a good idea to put your Archivist or Prodigal Sorcerer into Full Armor rather than a combatant, because now all your creatures "have" that awesome tap-ability.
