The catastrophe in Set 1: So Ling 素靈 caused a huge disruption to the balance in the world that was achieved gradually over many centuries(?).

Eternal Rivals

The long-running rivalry between the cat and rat races, Zongfu and Hongngaan respectively, comes to the forefront. We'll see more cats and rats than in the first set. Each race will also get one or more legend card.

The cats run the state and church, while the rats run underground societies, including the Triad.

Enchanted Planeswalker

Kara Diva is a PW who came to So Ling to study the unique nature of Auras found on this plane. She is a singer whose voice can enchant the audience and turn them into a trance.
