WHAT CARDS ARE REVEALING? A lot of cards are powered by "Whenever a land card i revealed." This ability triggers with the ability Fathom, which makes you reveal the top card of your library each turn, and if it's a land card it empowers your creatures.

Everything that says "reveal" means that a card is being revealed. Not putting it into play.
