On Taurean Lithomancer:

As a 5-mana 3/3 this could probably pump toughness for just {w}. Compare Aven Flock, Capashen Templar, Loxodon Stalwart. That still doesn't make it exciting but it's a bit more usable in limited. Alternatively {1}{w} for +0/+2 makes sense too.

On Collar of Law:

Paralyze colour shifted to the modern pie? Seems legit.

On Lightning Tonic:

I believe the correct templating is "Target creature gains haste until end of turn."

On Taurean Lithomancer:

Aw, now it's just stone breathing. Which is still flaovurful. Kinda overcost though; not as exciting. I guess every set wants a few naff cards.

On Taurean Lithomancer:

At least it's expensive. And, oddly, sometimes is better to just use as a 3/3 blocker. But yeah; redflag for sure.

Flavour is nice though. Maybe it could Maze of Ith instead? Same flavour; similar but not identical effect on combat (and still probably red-flagged) - and a Minotaur wizard who throws labyrinths at people?

On Taurean Lithomancer:

Whoa, yes, this is Heavy Ballista which was uncommon even pre-NWO.

On Leyline Whisp:

Well, that also looks like a very good card :)

I agree, this would be a heck of a lot more exciting, with a smaller casting cost. Reckon you could go to {r}? As a one drop, this would be fantastic. (But probably not common).

On Leyline Whisp:

It's the same ability as Pyre Hound, with other numbers that are largely worse.

On Taurean Lithomancer:

Repeatable creature kill is almost never at common anymore, and this can really disincentivize attacking. If you want it in the set, I'd definitely recommend upshifting it.
