Ugh; long comment lost. Gist was "High power, hexproofs everything, hard to get nastier than that because Fork controls the copy - but flashing in a standard bearer would be an evil trick. Taking control of their turn might work too; but if you do that you should win anyway."

Also, swap the last two abilities; because that middle one is clearly the ultimate - it going off the turn this enters play is part of the reason the power level looks problematically high to me.
