See Desolate Chapel. Not too sure about this condition. My reasoning is green gets to put cards into hands assorted ways - Lay of the Land/Cultivate, Gift of the Gargantuan/Tracker's Instincts - but it doesn't work as well as the others because it's fairly hard to meet that condition on opponents' turns (and extremely hard not to meet it on your own turn). Alternative suggestions welcome.
