Carry is a keyword that allows other creatures to be attached to it, that is, ride the vehicle.
Bombard X means "this permanent deals an additional X damage to other creatures." It is cumulative. Bombard X and Bombard Y is the same as Bombard X+Y.
Is there any benefit to riding a ship?
Also I have to point out that this design is either red or green, and not white.

I meant that Bombard seems like a red or green ability, and fight is definitely a red or green ability.
