What are the rules for "crew this vehicle" in a part of a cost?
Crew works the same as it normally would, turning the enchanted vehicle into an artifact creature. The idea is that it only works on vehicles with a Crew cost, and it just uses the enchanted vehicle's preexisting Crew ability. Not sure if it works completely by WOTC's rules but I'll edit to make a bit clearer
