Extra creature types are actually from way back in the day. Originally, creatures could only have one creature type and Legend was a creature type, so a bunch of early Legends had "counts as an X" for tribal reasons

Well I did not know that. I think it's a good idea for commander and I would like to see Wizardd do it again.

I was actually inspired by Summoned Skull from Yu-Gi-Oh.

I have to say, I'm not at all a fan of adding extra creature types in the rules text. It's so inelegant.

Well I think it's exciting :P

I've been summoned.

Yeah, adding creature types in the rules text is a crutch. Also the card becomes less focused.

Having only one ability keeps the complexity down, but also means that the ability really just throws all four tribes in one pot.

Overall this is a pretty straightforward lord fitting for a lower rarity.

The haste part of the ability cannot be part of a static ability the way you present it. But you could statically state that all creatures of those types have haste at all times and would even reduce complexity that way.

Removed the extra creature types. New abilities that might be too strong. It costs {1} more.
