Sliver space is good design space for common enchantment creatures.
I wonder how dissipate adds to the set. It doesn't seem like a natural mechanic emerging from the premise.
Would bestow with modern design tech use DFCs? I think so.
You get a lot of sorcery speed removal in this set unless you invest in some flash on e. g. these removal Auras.
Alternatively the set could take notes from the original Legions and feature cycling (or channel etc.)
A horrible choice for this set.
It's not quite a reprint, if it's a creature.
Good idea to replace removal.
You wrote "begging" but I think it should be "beginning". Also, maybe the mana that doesn't empty should be restricted to white mana (or whatever color it produces).
So the prison effect can be done in monowhite. Better keep this card as is.
